The museum foyer presentation shows selected cameras and projectors from more than 100 years of film history, among others: the only 70 mm camera developed and manufactured in the GDR, the DEFA Reflex from Babelsberg.

Moreover, a rare Ernemann camera (Ernemann A) with its original tripod and a complete portable projector system (type TK 35), the GDR’s mobile standard projector, are on display.
